Courtyard San Jose Airport – Hotel near airport in San Jose

The hotel provides the basics for a short stay, with clean and recently updated rooms. Despite the locked connecting door that could let sounds from the next-door room be heard, the overall room was very clean and matched the description on the website.

The hotel is conveniently located with good distance from downtown and close to the airport. The rooms are nicely decorated without being too busy, although the absence of a refrigerator and microwave, especially for the price, would have been expected. The service is very courteous and the staff are kind and helpful. The dining experience is a disaster, especially considering it doesn't even include breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, but unfortunately, mine faced the side of the building with a large dumpster outside, and there was a huge spider on the wall. The service had its ups and downs as they charged my card multiple times, although the staff was really nice and caring about my stay. The location was convenient for my early flight from SJ airport but a bit sketchy to feel safe. The dining options were below expectations with an unhealthy food selection, not meeting the standards of most US hotels. The facilities were standard without any standout features.
